Progressive teacher training

We approach education and learning with comprehensive methods and broad perspective. Our progressive teacher training is developed by our highly educated and enthusiastic teachers, principals and education designers.

The progressive teacher training includes an orientation to Finnish teaching methods and practical training in a Finnish classroom.

The course will be tailored to your group taking into account your prior knowledge of Finnish education. Our principals and teachers will instruct you throughout the course.  After having completed the training, all attendees will receive a diploma.

“We got lots of inspiration about how to improve the collaboration between teachers. For example to co-planning time, but also lots of windows to create an open climate. Next to that was the collaboration between the teachers nicely arranged in the timetables. The best part was the warm welcome we received in the schools combined with the good organization. We felt free to ask anything we wanted to and the program was a perfect match with our goals. It was hard to leave.

For us it was very nice to stay 2 days in one school. Because that gave us the time to get to know the school and the teachers. We also had time to come up with new questions that we could ask the next day. I would advise next visitors to also spend more time in one school.”
